Art holds value for everyone. This piece reflects that belief by embracing inclusion, particularly for people with disabilities. While many works are created primarily for the eye, I wanted to create something that could be experienced in a variety of ways. Using acrylic paint, and grit gel I hope to have created a piece that can be viewed through multiple senses. Nature has always been my biggest inspiration, as well as a calming influence. Art has become part of that renewal. It is my hope that this piece brings inclusion not just in a museum, but in spaces everywhere.
